Solidarité France-Bulgarie led actions are of 3 main categories : one-time projects, recurring actions, and long-term (sustainable) projects.

One-time projects

SFB supports one-time humanitarian projects targeting collective institutions :

• Social services, 
• Cultural centres, 
• Schools, orphanage,…   

Recurring projects

Our website is designed to offer a wide public updated information about French-Bulgarian assistance actors.

Christmas in Bulgaria : founded by students from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and  EM Lyon Business School, SOLIDARI’TERRE sends teams to bring a caring and attentive presence to children in several regions in Bulgaria (Lovech, Haskovo, Plovdiv,…).

SFB has brought logistics and human resources support for more than a decade to :

• Liaise with the orphanage
• Follow-up the funds raised by the students to better the children’s living conditions,
• Manage everyday issues on site,…

Sustainable programs

These projects aim at financial autonomy. They must impact the host territory both socially and economically. An ambitious historical show was successfully launched in 2004 in Lovech, leading to numerous exchanges between French specialized organisations. SFB has decided to further reflect on the promotion of cultural heritage as a mean to touristic development. The SFB association is studying the creation of a foundation: “Sound and lights of Bulgaria”, which would build a network of such shows, supporting local cultural tourism in Bulgaria, with safe and economical sustainability added value.
