Solidarité France-Bulgarie operates through a wide network in France and Bulgaria, which brings a range of professional management and communications skills to match the needs of each project.

For development projects, issues are discussed and evaluations are conducted.
Joint action teams comprise members of the association and local partners. This structure allows a direct presence on spot, and generates synergies  (inter-organisations cooperation is key to carry out complex projects).

The association’s financial means come solely from donations. With a limited budget, the association has to target and carefully select the projects it will support.
